How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription with a few clicks:

Log in to your account on the NELA website (on a computer, not on your mobile phone)
In the menu, click on “Settings” and then on “My subscription”
Click on the “Cancel payment” button

The message “This subscription has been cancelled” will appear as confirmation of cancellation.
